General Terms and Conditions
Applicability
These terms apply to all services provided by Studio Settled to private individual clients (consumers), both in person and online. By booking a service, the client agrees to these terms.Services
Studio Settled offers services including professional organizing, tidy-up coaching, moving preparation, and administrative support, as described on the website or agreed in writing.Booking and Payment
Clients receive an invoice with payment instructions (IBAN bank transfer).
A non-refundable advance payment (percentage agreed upon in writing) is due before the first session to secure the booking
The remaining amount is invoiced after the service or according to the agreed schedule.
Invoices must be paid within 5 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any materials, containers, shelves, or organizing products required for the project are purchased and paid directly by the client, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels more than 48 hours before the appointment, no further payment is required.
If the client cancels within 48 hours, Studio Settled reserves the right to charge the full session fee.
Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If Studio Settled must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or the advance payment will be refunded.
Liability
Studio Settled is insured for professional and general liability for damage directly caused by proven fault or negligence during service.
The organizer is not liable for pre-existing wear, instability, or damage to items.
Studio Settled is not liable for consequential loss, such as emotional distress, data loss, or financial loss.
Clients are responsible for informing Studio Settled of any valuable or fragile items prior to a session.
Personal Data
Studio Settled handles all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on request or via the website, and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).
Applicable Law and Disputes
Dutch law applies. Any disputes arising from these terms will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
