    • Address (if provided for in-person services)

    • Deliver our organizing services

    • Issue invoices and manage payments

    • Comply with legal obligations

    Your data may be stored on:

    • ProtonMail and Proton Drive (for email and documents)

    • Google Drive (limited storage of intake forms and notes)

    • A password-protected computer

  5. Sharing Photos and Media
    Studio Settled may share photos of organized spaces or completed projects on social media or the business website only with the client’s explicit written permission.

    • No identifying details (such as names, addresses, or personal information) will ever be included in or alongside such images.

    • Clients may revoke permission for future photo use at any time by contacting Studio Settled.

    • If consent is withdrawn, Studio Settled will remove the relevant images from its own platforms promptly, where technically feasible.

  6. Sharing with Third Parties
     We do not currently share your data with third parties. If this changes, we will update this statement accordingly.

  7. Your Rights
     Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

    • Access and receive a copy of your data

    • Correct or delete your data

    • Object to or limit certain processing
