Rates

All services are €50 per hour (inclusive of VAT) with a minimum of 4 hours.

Payment is made in two installments. Once an agreement is reached, I ask that you pay 25% of the expected total and the rest at the conclusion at the project.

Travel: I primarily serve Haarlem and nearby communities, with appointments in Amsterdam on request. For travel distances over 20km, a fee of ,25 per additional km will be charged.

Tidy-up subscription discount: If you choose to use the tidy-up services on a regular basis, you will receive a discount. Minimum hours do not apply to the subscription. We will decide together how many hours might be needed.

  • Quarterly - €40 per hour (inc. VAT)

  • Biannually - €45 per hour (inc. VAT)

Intake Meeting

Let’s discuss your project! We can look at your space together and discuss your goals, challenges, and concerns.

This meeting is always complementary and without obligation.

Plan, Measure, and Research

Once you have decided to move forward, we will meet again to look at specific needs of the space.

I will measure the space to help decide what materials would work best and we can look at options together to make an official plan.

One hour is typically needed for this meeting.

Sometimes this time is not needed. For example with help packing for a move of during a regular tidy-up session.

Working Sessions

Time to roll up our sleeves! Whether you want to organize a space, tidy-up a room, or prepare for a move, these are the sessions where we get to work!

The number and length of the sessions will depend on your unique project and needs.

Evaluation

Let’s reflect! Are you satisfied with your space or project? Are there other projects that still need some attention? What feedback do you have for Studio Settled? This is the time to look back at your project and plan for the future. We will also make a plan together for maintaining your space.

Typically this will take place at the end of our last working session.
